Lovely work!
There's something about oils -- acrylics and digital tools can never quite equal the result.
As to the outcome, well, it really depends on what's going on between the dragons, and what their relationship is. If it's just "You in my way, you toast!" then Greenie is in deep trouble. OTOH if it's "Daughter, stop following those nasty maggots around or I'll ground you for a century!" then the outcome may be considerably less gory.

I love it when painters manage to capture a story in a single frame.

I see the green dragon protecting its befriended tribe, thus the name "guardianship" I suppose. Though the green dragon looks doomed ;-;

The dog will save the day. :) Or maybe one of the tribesmen will, it kind of looks like one of them is going to help. How much help a spear is agasint a dragon I don't know. But then a single well placed Arrow finished off Smaugh.

hahaha, true and in the "Legend Of Drizzt" Forgotten Realms series, the ice dragon in Ice Wind dale called "IcingDeath" was slain by the barbarian Wulfgar throwing his hammer hitting a HUGE Icicle off the cave ceiling and impailing the unlucky dragon. haha, though I wonder how a movie maker could find a way to kill that sonofabitch lol

I remember that, I thought it was awesome. And some of those books would make epic movies. And hey they could get Bloom to play an elf again.

Yeah, The legend of Drizt would make a great movie series, but the amount of funding it would take to make something on that grand of a scale would be huge. But in my opinion it would be worth it. Most of the movies out now are only about either drug wars, secret agent type shit, or crappy horror movies. I think alot of people would turn up for that movie if well advertised.

Look how well lord of the rings did, there is clearly an audience for well done fantasy. Pity Arnold is old now 20 years ago he'd have made a fantastic wulfag. There is only so much make-up can do, though the guy that plays Thor in the avenger could probably pull it off. I agree though with a large enough budget and the right director it could be amazing. And there is a ton of matiral to use to.

And I've been enjoying the super hero movies that have been coming out lately.

Totally agree, and it wouldnt be hard to find people to fit the description, except maybe Bruenor Battle hammer, the dwarf. The dark elves would have to be slender but muscular people. Yeah I have no doubt they could do It well, maybe if a peition was up or something. That would probably be the best movie series ever lol.
